We are one of the largest car rental companies in Brazil in terms of fleet size and revenue (according to ABLA). In December 2014, as a result of a corporate reorganization of the SIMPAR Group, which operates the largest portfolio of logistics services in Brazil, we consolidated all rent-a-car, or RAC, and fleet outsourcing and management, or GTF, activities of the SIMPAR Group. During the period between December 2013 and September 2016, we were the car rental company with the highest growth in Brazil, in terms of fleet size, among companies of the industry that publish such information. Moreover, we believe we are the most recognized car rental company by consumers in terms of innovation, offering solutions that seek to provide an exclusive experience, through distinguished services and products and strategic alliances with car manufacturers, car dealerships and car rental companies, according to research conducted by H2R Pesquisas Avançadas.
Our activities are divided into two segments:
Seeking to operate with a fleet of quality vehicles with excellent conditions and low mileage, the Company maintains a permanent process to renew its operational fleet by demobilizing its assets twelve months after they are acquired, consequently selling these used vehicles in its own stores, mainly under the Movida Seminovos brand, which includes several makes and models.
On March 2024, the Company had a total fleet of 246 thousand cars and an extensive service network strategically located across the Brazilian states and federal district. On March 2024, the Company had 254 Rent-a-Car service points and the Used Car network had 89 points of sale distributed in the 26 Brazilian states and federal district.
